Terms and Conditions: Reservation and Payment: 1.1. To book a space, full payment must be made in advance through our website using a credit card. 1.2. The reservation will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Alcoholic Beverages: 2.1. Alcoholic beverages may be served on the premises. 2.2. We reserve the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages to any individual who appears to be intoxicated or underage. Borrowed Equipment: 3.1. The use of technology equipment provided by the venue is permitted. 3.2. Any damages or loss to the borrowed equipment caused by the event organizer or participants will be the financial responsibility of the event organizer. Cancellations and Changes: 4.1. Cancellations or changes to the reservation must be made at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled event to receive a full refund. 4.2. If a cancellation or change is made within 3 days (72 hours) of the scheduled event, 50% of the payment will be refunded. 4.3. Cancellations or changes made less than 3 days (72 hours) in advance will not be eligible for a refund. Valet Parking: 5.1. Valet parking services are available for an additional fee. 5.2. The venue will not be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of vehicles or their contents during valet parking. 5.3. By utilizing the valet parking service, the event organizer and participants accept and acknowledge the associated risks and release the venue from any liability. Liability: 6.1. The event organizer is responsible for the conduct of their guests and any damage caused to the venue or its property during the event. 6.2. The venue will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to the event organizer, participants, or their belongings while on the premises. Indemnification: 7.1. The event organizer agrees to indemnify and hold the venue harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the event or the use of the venue's facilities. Governing Law: 8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the venue is located. By making a reservation and payment, the event organizer agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
